I actually prefer Batman to Thor and thought the debate would be a nice alternative to the Superman vs Batman fights since Thor doesn't have a kryptonite and Batman would really have to use his head more.

Okay, this is the rule regarding prep if nothing is specified by the thread starter.

Prep time

Neither side receives any notable prep time before the starting bell. Neither side may take any offensive or defensive actions before the starting bell. Planning is allowed and powers that are automatic or 'always on' can be up, but actions such as setting up forcefields, taking flight, or consciously activating powers is not. For example, Batman cannot shove together an 'anti-Avengers ray' before the fight.

A little prep doesn't mean jack unless there's an actual chance of him having an avenue of victory. Most of the people he beats are from plot devices anyway (kryptonite anyone?). Besides, spite threads get closed all the time.

Also, if you have a problem with a closed thread, PM me. Calling me out in the forum (and wasting yet another thread) is kinda childish.
