Batman bearly survives when he fights Ra's. Nightwing is good but he's not Batman yet.

Tough. Nightwing is my boy an all but Batman barely manages to survive against Ra's. In Hush Batman won be fighting like Ra's would and mortally wounding him (cause he knew he could restore himself with the Lazarus Pit). Idk if Nightwing has what it takes to do that
