Nah, colossus is way too durable. Landing a hit on parker might be an issue but if/when he does (say, collapsing a building on him or something) it's all over.
Parker doesn't really have anything in his arsenal that could do serious damage to Colossus. At best, peter avoids/outruns him for a stalemate, but more likely than not colossus wears him down and creams him.

This match depends A LOT of environmental factors. Are they fighting in NYC? In an arena? These things NEED to be addressed. 馃槵

I believe forum rules state that unless specified it's the standard (616) version of both characters. That colossus does not need to breathe.
The amount of effort and time it would take for Spiderman to collapse a building on colossus would require a LOT of time and a LOT of effort (if it is even possible for spidey) meaning he'll be essentially immobile for a LONG time while he tries it. Colossus isn't just going to be standing there. Spidey is dead if he tries it and Colossus is likely to survive if successful.
Colossus dropping a building on spiderman is a LOT more feasible than vice versa.
there's no way for spiderman to damage 616 colossus without insane PIS. Think back to the spiderman vs. Juggernaut matches, both in NYC. The first time He lured juggernaut into fresh concrete to immobilize him. The second time all he could do was dodge jugs and keep him occupied until X force showed up. Direct damage wasn't even a consideration.
