Yeah I know that Genis uses them that is why I ask cause Genis feats are not as nearly as good as Hal's or Kyle's.

yeah i know, but it shows how the negabands can arugment genis abilities to levels beyond his base abilities.

The bands wont be much use to someone who doesn't posses photon energies, besides GL rings can be used for augmentation as well.

the nega-bands in the past have been primarily a blasting type weapon and energy absorber. in terms of the sheer power they can channel i think they are similar to the quantum bands, (though i do not believe they can reach the same levels of power absorbtion the q-bands can) but they have no where near the OVERALL versatility of the gl ring. or of the q-bands, for that matter.

Q-bands first then GL ring then Nega Bands.

The Fake Macoy Lousy Imitation

The GL ring can be used by anyone, while the Nega Bands have really only been used by Captain Marvell or his family (that I know of). As other people have said, the GL ring is just more versitile.

I'd personally rather have a Green Lantern ring. It could be used for more practical purposes.
