Batman and the Killers each have 1 day of prep. Can Batman clear the list? He does get his health back after each Killer. Batman fights or hunts down each killer one at a time.

Dosent get past Jason.

takes down then all with prep. up untell fred he doesn't even need prep, but with fred he just uses some spell he can learn from zantana or dr. fate. or some other kind of magic item he's either collected or learn over the years

He makes it to Jason.

Batman could easily find a way to imprison/stop Jason, but he wouldn't be able to actually KILL Jason.

Same for Freddy.

He'd have the hardest time with Lecter, especially in a battle of mind and wits.
