I was over at kttc, and a friend posted this info for me about the DMC disc. I heard that its at UK only and in Best Buy. Heres the info on the 3rd disc and her opinions

We have a store over here called "Best Buy" (which is a lot like the Virgin Megastores in the UK) which offered a free DVD with your purchase of the DMC DVD yesterday. Each store only had 100 copies so you had to get there early.

I did manage to get one of these extra DVDs (yay) and I watched it last night.

Basically there are several extra features not on the main 2-disc DVD set. I'm doing this from memory, but I believe the features were:
1. Tortuga (how they filmed the DMC bar scene)
2. Cannibal Island (how they filmed the Cannibal Island scenes ... really funny XD you can hear the cannibals speak in perfect English, and the little kid with the knife/fork is a hoot)
3. Sets & Locations (describes all the places where DMC was shot)
4. Pirate Lore (about piracy in DMC times)
5. Characters (discussing the relationship between the characters)
6. Trailers (both the theatrical and teaser, in several different languages)
7. Image Archive (several high-quality stills from DMC)

For J/E shippers, the best one to watch was the "Character" movie because the writers, Jerry Bruckheimer, Johnny, and Keira talk about the movie. It's interesting that her name is pronounced "Kira"... who knew? (I always thought it was Key-era).

Keira says this wonderful little quote (and I am paraphrasing) about how the movie is really interesting because Elizabeth starts off the movie about to get married but that her relationship with Will is "basically falling apart" and that "Elizabeth starts something new and extremely interesting with Jack". There are also quotes about how Jack is becoming a better man, and Will is becoming more of a pirate, and that Elizabeth is changing as well. I'm sorry I don't have the DVD with me here at work or I would give more specific quotes (sorry!)

The disk kind of sounds like some videos i found on you tube that i have at home...its like the making of POTC 2....and remeber Keira saying something like that...that LIZ and Will fall apart and Jack and LIz develope a stronger relationship......i posted them not to long ago....it was 4 parts to the video and it also talked about all the sets and locations!!!

Mina you can get it at best buy if you have it in your location.

No I dont have Best Buy..yet. They are coming I think in 2008.

Mina that's the only place that I know has that disk. I don't where else to get it. I think only best buy has it.

yep ages back they played that except for the trailors on tv in australia it was on at 11:30 at nite but i didnt mind lol i recorded it. it waz lucky cuz mum spotted it out in the tv program it was funny cuz pintel and ragetti were the hosts for the show. in the end they got in this arguement cuz pintel called ragetti "spaghetti ragetti" and ragetti couldn't think of anything that rhymed with Pintel lol it was cute
