GOAT STEW?!?!?!!

Mhmm, cooked to perfection. The meat is nice and chewy, not burned at all, even though I thought I overcooked it.

I've had cow, pig, chicken, turkey, rabbit, crocodile, emu, kangaroo.. never goat...

we dont have those here in Australia

My father owns a restaurant and he went to a convention to try different meat from different countries. We tried Zebra on the South african table. We even had springbok.

They were both nice.
