Probably Thanos. Nova is basically low-herald level, Thanos just owned Phyla in Annhilation (I think it was #2), and the Ultimate universe is notoriously underpowered compared to 616.

Mahr Vehl wasn't overly impressive,

Nova has no real chance,

and Thanos has already beat Phyla like she was nothing.

Current Nova could play an important part of this. True he is a low level herald, but I would think he could possible use some of that intelligence to help his team win a FEW contests. Still Thanos in the majoirty.
