I think this would be a good fight because Saint of Killers can kill anyone, but he can't kill someone if they're already dead....

God wasn't classified as dead in Preacher, but still got killed. Saint wins.

But he couldn't kill Cassidy because Cassidy was undead

Well, yeah, if Cassidi survived its hard to tell if Spawn can be killed, I dont think Spawn can hurt the Saint though, most likely stalemate.
