What item is the most indestructible?

Dr. Fate and Takion have decided to test all the substances in The Comic omniverse to see what is the strongest. They pool thier powers and abilities to see which Items and Shields prove to be the tuffest. List these things in order from the tuffest to the weakest under the full onslaught of these two's combine powers.

Classic Jugs was indestructible, until he met onslaught. Just trying to see what amount of power would it take to actually crack these items and which one is the tuffest. Since they are all stated as being indestructible in the comics. And at one point or another some of them have been broken.

The Ebony Blade. Most baddest weapon ever created, even trumps mjolnir IMO.
