should be a very good fight, i'm assuming we're using classic venom

Brock Venom, yes.

i'ld give venom the win kaine doesn't have any real experience fighting a symbiote and he doesn't have any real edge over venom it willl be a great fight but in the end i see venom outlasting kaine and takeing the win with help of his stealth abilities

I think Kaine would win because Kaine has a superior version of Spider-Man's powers and since Spider-Man is already faster and more agile than Venom he wouldn't be able to hit Kaine, he also wouldn't be able to block his spider-sence. Oh and Scarlet Spider defeated Venom and Kaine usualy beats Scarlet.

But Kiane never used his agility only ever his brute strength, and Venom is stronger or as strong anyway, and far more durable, Kaines Spider sense also predicts the future not warns him of danger, and when goes off he is overwhelmed by pain. Venom also has long range attacks while kaine has none.

Venom far to many options for this fight.

Spider-man's first clone Kaine. He was basicly Spider-man x3 and no webbing.

Venom is as fast as Spider-man, so Kain doesn't have any serious speed advantage.
As for Scarlt Spider fight, Ben won only because he had a shot at Eddie Brock's head that wasn't covered with symbiote. Before that Venom almost killed him with a single strike. A bit later he almost killed both Scarlet-spider and Scream.
Strength. Kain is class 30 max. Venom is stronger than that, especially after absorbing Carnage symbiote and his clone.
Durabiliy. Venom is way more durable I think looking at how he takes class 100 punches.
Besides Venom can simply suffocate Kain.

Venom didn't get stronger from absorbing the Carnage symbiote did he?

Also I think it was stated somewhere that Venom is slightly slower than spider-man like if Spider-man has a class 10 rating example Venom would be a class 9

Spider-man is more agile but in terms of speed they are pretty equel I think. At least equel to not upgraded Spider-man, it was stated when he fought Scarlet Spider.
And yeah, probably it didn't upgraded him simply because authors forgot about it. In his latest appearances (before the clone upgrade) Venom was already shown to be stronger than Carnage who's over class 30.
