yep this fight did already happen, wolverine and mimic seemed quite even with mimic fearing wolverine a little. It was a draw during the fight, showing them being quite even. The fight lasted for some hours ending with mimic subdoing wolverine. Both were hospitalize after the fight, leaving mimic scared to put his force field down, thinking that he's going to bleed to death. Here we go again with people underestimating wolverine, when he showed signs of winning against mimic, a guy who stated to be one of the most powerful beings on the planet and the greatest hero (referring to mimic).

Saying hes one of the most powerful is not good if you are saying Wolverine does so well.

Mimic, back then, had the somewhat useless powers of Angel's wings (which couldn't carry him in Colossus form) and Beasts powers ... now that he doubled up his healing with Deadpool and maxed his speed/flight with Northstar it should be much more one sided.
