(I'm assuming you are talking about the Alucard from Van Helsing ....the guy with the glasses and the two pistols who is bloody wicked)
Alucard is virtually a cosmic. He pulls abilities and powers out of his backside at will, and apparently he either cannot be killed or it is damn hard to do so.
And if Alucard takes away all his restrictions ...goodness.
Blade has absolutely no chance winning this. For one he has no way to kill Alucard, and then there is the fact that Alucard can kill Blade is so many different ways it is almost insane.
Alucard is the Devil.
