Nick shows up in Gotham City with Batman on a case with the JLA, and finds that the city is reeming of bad guys. Can Nick clean up the streets in the place of batman?

What tech does he have? If he's showing up with an intent to clean up then I assume he's definitely packing some serious SHIELD firepower right?
