Cyclops has to fight Daredevil but Matt nails his visor with his nightstick at the start of the fight. Breaking it and making it useless. The fight is going down at the x mansion and no one is there but, several important items to the x-men are.

He can destory anything he wants but, there are several unreplacable items in the house and some of them are needed and very important to the x-men. So he doesn't want to level the place.

Of course but, in this thread I want Scott to be doing his best not to destroy the mansion. So lets say Jean or Emma or some students are unconscious somewhere in there. Scott is unaware where!

cyc wins via unavoidable optic blasts

daredevil might pull off a KO or two


Plus, cyc doesnt even use a visor now anyways

well given teh scenario, maybe a few more, but cyc is extermely proficient with his optic blasts, and they are potentially wide enough to be un dodgeable if he so chose

Cyclops will win this fight if they can both use their full powers. H2h DD wins.
