Maybe not. Link's not evil, so the penance stare can't touch him. and I think that the hellfire doesn't burn people who are pure of heart. Not to mention Link has some heavy duty magical protection.

Yes it can. No it cant. No it doesnt.
Ghost Rider murders every version of Link, the master sword and his various magic arrows are easily neutralized by the chain. Theirs nothing stopping GR from range-raping before he can even get the bow out and get a shot off, and the only thing in Links arsenal that could potentially hurt GR are light arrows.

Fierce Diety Link could beat Ghost Rider.
