Agent Zero would be a tough fight for Batman. Anybody who battles Sabbertooth and Omega Red should be able to defeat a peak level human.

Yeah, the prep sways it. But Zero would own him in a non-prep situation, and will give him fits no matter what, because he's pretty much the stealthiest character in comic-dom, and anti-metal can f*ck up even good prep if it involves tech.
