Hmm, reeks'a are about 2.24 meters tall and 4 meters long. Rancor's are between 5 and 10 metetrs tall. The Rancor would probably win due to it's size.

The Reek (as seen in the picture above) clearly is a tank. Can a Rancor take a charging Reek? Perhaps if that gate in RotJ was incredibly more heavy than I can judge a Rancor could successfully fight one of those beasts but I don't know.
