A buddy of mine on a boxing forum mentioned this the other day to me.
Theres this scene where a person is hiding in a bathroom stall. Someone comes in stumbling into the stall and his head explodes and rats come out.
I have no idea myself what movie this would be, although he did mention he was very young so it would have to be in the 80's most likely.
