2nd battle, either DS or Thanos IMO.

Battle one I'd have to give to SBP or Despero. Big D has beaten more top tiers than Thanos at one time, and stronger, faster, more durable, more skilled ones at that.

In a fight battle you forget Hulk at full savagry who has fought many powerful people at once.
