Deathstroke could likely solo the two.

What does Bullseye get for equipment, and where are they?

They are in a Wherehouse and they get all their standard equipment.

DS could do this by himself. Add Shiva and its a massacre.

Didn't Bullseye recently kill a man with a quarter? KOing Deathstroke wouldn't be that difficult, especially in a warehouse.
