This confrontation takes place during the Silver Surfer's run as Galactus's first herald.
Galactus has arrived on Apokolips and is attacking in full force to set up his planet draining equipment. The battle goes in favor of Galactus until Darkseid's forces forces manage to get the Silver Surfer to remember he previous life and have him turn on Galactus.

Hope you had fun reading it. It's all for good fun and not meant to start a debate. Just like the previous "Thanos vs Odin" Battlescan thread I made, I wanted to show each character squaring off against one another.

I missed the scan where DS gets up after being attacked by Big G. that is my favorite part.Top actually get up rather unscathed was great. Great scan tho.

Yeah that is the one. To get up after being blasted by the likes of BIG G. With no tech shields or nothing, is just astounding. Too bad it's all non cannon. I could use it in my debates for DS' durability.

Edit: Yeah, it says something to just stand right back up after being shot by Galactus. DS used to be a beast.

BIG G did get his ass handed to him earlier in that book by DS's Telekinetic Automotons. IT was a good book tho. NON cannon. but still good.

Actaully thats not really a great feat now a days.. SS has been hit twice and got up, Thor, Warlock, Strange, Quazar deflected it, kinda similar to what OE is lately...

Yeah but for those days it was a feat. basically your saying Galactus is getting weaker since it really isn't a feat?

I find the thread entertaining. Big G rarely hands out compliments about other beings power. He actually commented on DS power. not just about it, but he called it great. The most some other beings get is a comment on how good thier tech is.

No im sayin is this guys has been written poorly lately for quite a while, the need to put respect on there names again is needed to call those feats, is all..

BOth BIg G and Ds have been written badly over the years. Kirby is turning over in his grave as Marvel and DC **** over his characters. At least I think they will both be returning to greatness. DS has already made pocket realities in 52, and i have no dougt big g is going to be pissed after A. wave is over.
