Sometimes I wonder how often certain activities are denied to everyone because of the preceived risk of extending the right to everyone, eventhough only a few would take advantage of it.

I mean, very few people would actually do it. Not to compare sex to excretion, but just because it's not illegal to piss in public, doesn't mean everyone does.

You'd just have to be prepared for all the different combinations that might crop up. How bad could it be really. Could be nice. "Ah, look at the couple over their screwing. Isn't that sweet."

Just like with marriage, people are starting to wake up and say, hey if you can, why can't I.
