Raz spotted in the OTF!!!

A couple months ago, our board Administrator known as Raz was spotted posting in the Oft Topic forum. A thread by Dusty was made making surveys of the members, asking them about members and such. Once of the topics was "Who would you have make you a sandwhich?" To which Dusty said, "Raz....because I want a sandwhich."

At this time, Raz was spotted bowing to Dusty, and disappeared before anyone could do anything.

How could such a phenomonon occur?

Could it happen again?

Why the **** does everyone make such a big deal when Raz goes in the OTF? It's nothing rare at all.
