h2h? id have to say Red Hood.

Red Hood hangs with Bats and is Todd who was trained by Bats. Could go either way really.

I think Red hood wins. He has Batmans training and Punishers equal ruthlessness now, if not more. Red Hood 8/10.

Punisher IS the most ruthless fighter there. He will kill him with a shot in the head. I think that Punisher is more near Batman's lvl that Red Hood' lvl
