Okay here's the cosmic test

1) Ikaris

5) 1 thru 4
6)Strange...no help from Lord and Chaos but 1hour of prep
7)Thanos...1 day of prep

9)Galactus (recently refreshed)

Doubtful, but I-B would beat Odin as well, so it doesn't matter really.

Thanos HAD prep and straight up refused to fight I-B until I.B was powerless. The IB Thanos fought was no more powerful than...hell, he was powerless ffs.

As for Strange, I don't know. C&A's power is part of his own powerset, but if it's taken away (like when LT make Strange unable to call on C&A)he still has gods that are on the same level as IB if not higher(I could go on a rant about Strange's actual power being 20x more powerful than portrayed because he stopped using all the extra evil powers, and only white magic...but I won't).

When LT summoned IB to fight Strange, LT stripped Strange of his own power to make it fair for IB. When they fought, they stalemated a while until Strange realized that he can't keep this up forever, and even if he could, he didn't want to. He wanted to twart IB & LT by fighting a bit but ultimately trying to reaching a goal that LT forbid him to do.

But, Strange is Strange and he took both LT and IB on at the same time, did well and accomplished his goal and neither was LT or IB able to stop him.

Gets to Galactus, and stops.

Now... LT only stopped Strange's ability to call Order and Chaos. He never took any power away from Strange. He just stopped him from calling an outside force.

He never took LT and In-Betweener at the same time. LT never even fought him. He just made the two fight. Strange only fought In-Betweener in that Rom comic. He was getting beat too!

And, LT could have easily stopped Strange if he would have stepped in, and came at him with his own power, instead of using a pawn.

Anyway, Galactus beats IB, and that is where he stops.

Now, we could have Thanos use his day of prep, with him using his armada. We could have him using various devices. We could have him doing a lot of things, but prep is too much of a plot device, and I will use his own power, because, how are we going to guage what Thanos is going to do with this prep?
