I love Black Panther but he ain't makin a Superman suit in a day and Lex already has one!

Black Panther doesn't need a Superman suit - all he needs is a Batman suit, then he can play his Batman-with-prep card....

Agreed. But without any of Lex's special power suits (Supes suit) I'd say BP can tak it.

Lex Luthor in a curbstomp. His resources are just insane. He has access to nearly ANY magical, technological, or humanitarian resource in the DC universe.

And BP doesnt have that kind of access in marvel?
