I am leaning towards Lex but I have seen Tony do some pretty impressive things with nothing at his disposal

Tony's prep is underrated.

I mean, he isn't any Reed or Doom, but, then again, neither is Lex.

it all depends who works harder i guess lex would win since tony would be clubing at night
