I say Kingpin. Bane had to totally exhaust Batman to overcome him.

Here it is Bane sees Kingpin and at 6foot7 450pound Bane is going to think what everybody else would think Kingpin is a slow Slob. He will come up to Kingpin and try a haymaker and Kingpin will dodge it and come up with punch to the chin knocking Bane off his feet and on his ass. Bane will get up and charge Kingpin. Kingpin does a Sumo move to use Banes speed and momentum against Bane tossing Bane out of Kingpins office and on to the street ether K.Oing Bane or Killing Bane. Ultimate Kingpin is said to be able to crush a mans skull. (616) Kingpin can lift around 650pounds over his head.
