Spider-man vs T-1000

Spider-man vs the T-1000 from T2, who wins?

Despite my initial thoughts, this is actually a good match. Problem is, Spidey doesn't have the means to win without prep or specialized equipment. Now, if there are items Spidey can use to win this, then I'd give it to him 7/10.

Spider-Man would get close T-1000 would try to cut or stick him Spider-Man dodges it and. He probably know that Metal can melt. Or he may try electrical charge.
