+The background goes really well with the render.
+The colors also go well with the render.
- The text needs work.
- Sig needs a more definite light source

+ Nice text placement
+ Render placement is good.
- The background is way to yellow and bright. Doesn't match the render.
- The c4d(i think) over the render is distracting
