He's only a high level alpha, apcalypse and Selene are also immortal and they aren't omegas.

During the process of being ripped he'd probably evolve elasticity or some other plot device to prevent it. Still not an Omega though.

What about mindwipe or being wiped out of existence?

Is he immune to those as well?

He might be able to "evolve" psychic defenses, maybe a shiny prism brain like Emma Frost or unspecified immunity like Psylocke.

I doubt he'd survive universal nullification a la Fury, nor high level matter manipulation.
