Just recently, i downloaded two songs off a website, for my m3 player. They have saved onto my desktop, everytime i open them they will come on my sonicstage software like my other songs. However, when i press transfer, it is saying it cannot transfer onto the device I do not have blank CDS and di not know that music downloads had to go on a cd before they can enter your mp3. Am i wrong here? It is confusing me, but any help would be much appreciated

May i ask why you are replying on here? It is not my computer as it is not old! Please do not reply if you cannot answer seriously. I opened this due to a problems with my songs, nothing to do with my PC.

Sounds like you may have downloaded a virus. What site did you download music from?

Tesco, a site with many music downloads.

Just download them for free now then, It's legal to do so if you've purchased them legitimatly elsewhere.

This is legal. I cannot just leave this, i have not paid out for nothing. These are legal downloads that i paid for. I could not get these songs free, that is why i bought them. I want to know how to get them working, or a possible refund.

If you own a song... Then you can download it from anywhere. If the song you own no longer works there it's totally legal to download it elsewhere. Of course you can get the songs for free now... P2P

How can i get the song free elsewhere? The songs i want i cannot get on ant website without paying for them. Explain

limewire does not have the song that i want. And i am notallowed to download a program like that, i am only allowed to download the ones you save the target as.
I managed to get all my others though. Not sounding rude, but is it possible that someone could get me two songs that i really want?

Well when i say not allowed, it is because it is associated with hardware, my brother is a computer expert, doesnt like me downloading random stuff like that.

Limewire has both.. Just searched...

can you get those for me instead of me downloading limewire and getting in trouble. Pleassssssse? it is not too hard. I really cannot risk just downloading those, especially when i only want two songs, that someone may be able to get for me anyway.

Just be sure to look at the file size before you download... Look for ones of about this size... \/

Drag and drop probably... I don't use Sonic Stage though.

No problem... Just remember that it's illegal to download music that you've not purchased.

I think your not allowed to talk about illegal downloading on KMC anyways either.

Not illegal in this case.... She owns the songs, therefor it's legal.

But people use limewire for free music, wouldnt limewire get into trouble if they got found out?

Nope... You sign a contract saying that you will not use Limwire to break copyright law... If you do, it's your own fault. Not Limewire's.

But there is an option of using it"free" which i believe most get their downloads off, for free.

Tonnes of people download illegally... I can't say I'm not one of them. I still know that it's wrong though and that it's totally my fault.

Yes i know, but if many many do it, limeiwre opened a free part of their server, they are allowing people to freely download, they are to blame aswell as ourselves for starting a free download service. And most people download for free, not a big deal really.

It's file sharing. You take and give files from and to other computers and such. The files themselves are not on any servers belonging to Limewire. Limewire is meant for legal, legitimate file transfers.

Its not entirely legal tho. You should check your laws in your country and see whats ok to do and whats not ok. For example its not illegal to backup your media by downloading music however it may be illegal to use a P2P software or if not completely illegal to download anything from a P2P network.

Indeed... It really depends on your location.

I download them as many do, i know it may not be right but oh well.
