Yes, I luv PGE. Its hilarious! I have read up to volume 15 and seen 15 episodes so far.

The charaters look much better in the manga than in the anime.

I have read up to book 9 and seen i think 4 or 5 episodes

This anime is quite good. I love the valentine episode, especially all the girls's reaction on Kyohei! hahaha... no one believed him.
