It doesn't matter for 3 reasons -
1) Because the stare does not require regret.
2) Because it doesn't work on crazy people, and Thanos is called "The Mad Titan" for a reason.
3) Because GR wouldn't have a chance to use it, Mjolnir or not, because Thanos blasts the team to oblivion in one shot.

Ghost Rider exists to punish the guilty. Thanos ain't beating GR. Hell, he can't even tie his shoes unless Death tells him. Sorry Thanos, u lose again. Wait, is he eating at Taco Bell again 😂 GR embarassed Thor with Mjolnir

It doesn't matter what GR exists for if Thanos turns him into a donut or throws him into space, which he would have no trouble in doing with Ghost Rider powerless to stop him. Thanos can do whatever the hell he wants, regardless of what Death says, since he doesn't worship Death anymore; and even when he did, he would be quite capable of dealing with these three without asking Death for permission. Congrats, Ghost Rider beat Thor in an Avengers comic (in which Thor is at his weakest and stupidest) with a strategy that both know would not work twice. It was Zarathos Ghost Rider at that, who was much smarter than Kale Ghost Rider.

Zarathos/Blaze is the most powerful GR. Kale is now with Blaze. They have the MOP. Ask Lucifer about the power they possess. I should like Thanos. He's Celestial creation. Yay. He will always be Death's whipping boy. BTW, u saw Thanos with Mistress Death like I did. GR will beat Thanos if it happens. Simple. Thor was dumb and stupid. Avengers #214, I didn't see the story like that. Good debate back and forth 🙂
