Use someone like Metamorpho, who can become any one of the elements. Then have him use his powers to....I dunno...solve chemistry problems or apply it in the real world like a chemist superhero.

Or write a comic where you have the HOTU or IG, then just re-write physics and chemistry, and describe the changes in the process.

Cheap, but effective.

Have Reed Richards or Peter Parker teaching a class or something. Maybe ever Beast at the mansion teaching Chemistry.

Doctor Octopus and Bruce Banner are experts in radiatioactive science. They could do atomic structure, bonding, electron configuartion, and all that type of stuff.

Wait, are you supposed to make heroes/villains, or use already created ones and just draw them...?
