People in Texas so don't talk like that.

I went to Bowie for christmas a year or two ago and everyone talked like normal human beings. <_<

Rogue Jedi
i know its a stereotype, but its there, man, trust me.

Vathu
Somewhere in Texas.. Myabe in the more remote parts.. That aren't on the maps.. <_<

My roflcopter laid an lolegg and I made a lmaomlet out of it...

I agree that it's there, my aunt is from Alabama and she says "Y'all" all the time.

Impediment
I'm from East Texas, and everyone here, including me, speaks like regular human beings. Some Texans, however, have a more pronounced Southern accent than others.

Vathu
Yeah.. Some people are like that.

When I went to Bowie it snowed like. 10 inches. It was badass.

H. S. 6
I heard somebody say y'all down over yonder, y'all.

Naz

Vathu
xD

I swear everytime your sig names go by. I see. "Vathu." no expression

BlackSunshine
I don't think I have much of a Texan/country accent. Then again when I get excited or I'm drunk I get loud and my GOD I sound like a HICK!!! embarrasment

It's not just Texas, it's basically all of the southern states. For instance here in Kentucky, we use it here too. The REALLY country people even use "over yonder." I've used if a few times, but rarely.

My gf says "y'all" all the time and I start laughing, I think it's cute. She'll ask me why I'm laughing and I'll just be like, "Oh, nothing." She's from Texas.

I gotta say one thing though about Texas women. They're all fine.

I was out on a business trip several years back in Dallas. There is not one overweight woman anywhere. They're all smokin' size 2 and 4s, all in lean/hard shape, and busty, country lovin' music babes. At least, that's what I experienced anyway.

..absolutely amazing. My neck hurt on that trip. roll eyes (sarcastic)
