One of the members of the family said they didn't tell them anything about how drinking too much water can kill you.

Shouldn't they have known this? I'm sure it's common knowledge.

I do feel bad for the woman and the family though.

I totally understand. A child should never have to bury their parent... (that's a child in age not the child of the mother).

I do believe that most people have no idea that lots of water can kill you and I don't think that radiologists have any more knowledge of it that you average member of the public as it's just not their field of expertise.

The whole situation is tragic and I do hope that the children receive a lot of compensation. Stupid ****ing moronic radio station.

And on the coffee-suing thing...the only reason that went through as a lawsuit is because McDonald's would server their coffee at a ridiculously high temperature, much higher than they should have been (or needed to).
