Round 1: Theed Palace, Naboo. Lightsaber/Blades and Force.

Round 2. Theed Palace, Naboo. No weapons or Force attacks.

Round 3. Deep Jungle, Haruun Kal. No Weapons or Force Attacks.

And the winner is?

Round 1: Kar Vastor is very powerful with his Vibroshields. However, I wouldn't say he is better in a saber/sword contest against a masterful Soresu user such as Kenobi and above. However, against Maul, I could see a possible victory.

Round 2: I am presuming this means unarmed fighting. Oooh very close, Vastor is like an alpha male hippo in the water and Maul is like a lion. Damn, I got to go with Vastor, even though Maul's a powerful Teras Kasi master.

Round 3: Vastor pwns Maul.

So I guess the winner is Kar Vastor.

Umm, no, the burden is on him to tell me why he thinks what he thinks, at which point I'll refute him, until then there is more evidence supporting Vastor as the clear victor in hand to hand combat. Weapons combat would be closer, but Vastor is good enough to contend with Mace in weapons combat, and Mace is a good head over Maul in this respect, so Vastor would still take the weapon battle (in like a 60%-40% split). But until he comes up with something other then "no I disagree" then I don't care, nor is it on me to provide a counter argument. I stated my opinion, he disagreed with it, its up to him to say why he does, at which point I'll refute it.

No, at that point in time, it was up to the both of you, by an equal amount. The burden of proof was on both of you, because there were no arguments made for either stance at the then current time. I'm just saying, no need to be a hypocrite.

No it isn't actually. I gave my opinion firstly, he disagreed with it, its up to him to say why he disagrees with it. At which point I'll contest his reasons with my own. Thats how debate works, I went first, and stated my side, it is now up to people who contend it to tell me why my side is the wrong side. Then I get to respond to it. Sure I could start spewing out meaningless facts about Vastor and Maul, and why Vastor would beat him, but then I lose my advantage of being the first between us to state our opinion, and thus debating out of order. Which I wont do.
