I don't know if this thread has been made before. But it can give us a chance to look at battle's that stood out in your mind but never quite got the renowned you thought they should.

A good example would be The first time The Fantastic Four Met Gladiator... He lifted the entire baxter building! What a badass fight!

Another example would be the fight between Stardust and Beta Ray Bill!!

My personal fave was the fight in Wolverine #78,79,80 with Cyber.

I also loved the Authority's final fight against John Clay (and posse), a powerful telepath who gained the strength of those he controlled. A decent story arc in general, and the fight itself had some impressive feats across the board for the Authority.

and as for FL, the only thing I can come up with is Florida.
Though Spiderman vs. Flodida WOULD be pretty cool

Spider-Man vs. Firelord. Spidey's best win ever, and possibly FL's worst showing ever.

It's still a great fight, especially for SM enthusiasts, but anyone in their right mind knows that FL could have just, say, destroyed the city with a Nova blast (which he mentions, but he wanted to ebst SM in single combat, which he couldn't do as it turns out).

So it's generally looked down upon.

I like The fight between Daredevil and Bullseye after Bullseye kills Elektra (Daredevil 181 I believe)

I also love the short, yet sweet Superman vs Batman fight in the fifth issue of Batman Hush.

I love the fight where spidey and X-man team up to take on Electro.

But my favourite fight scene is either

The fight between Spidey and Green Goblin when GG kills Ben Reilly

OR

Ultimates vol2 where they fight off an alien invasion

Recently i enjoyed the Ronan vs. Ravenous battle. (both)

Thanos vs. Champion was memorable (more so for the dialogue)

kingpin v red skull -- very cool seeing 2 villains go at it like that in acts of vengeance.

oh, ironman v hulk in IM 132-33

hercules v zeus in the second ltd series

lots others, but those generally stick out.
