But as he boards the ship seconds later, he is seen helping Kit Fisto onto the gunship with a blue lightsaber.

because of all the commotion in the arena, the CGI people forgot?

I've known this for a long long time. It is a CGI mistake.

i saw it , it was green but he is captured and escorted there by droids so some one probly gives him another one

Oh no, this is right after the Republic Gunships come to rescue the Jedi. Then we see him seconds later with a blue one.
