Yeah, but after the first time he'd figure out that he can't break the lasso, so she'd only get one win.

She is faster, have way better reflexes (block barrage of bullets and beams almost simultaneously), and have a way way way better fighting
ability. Thus with the best of her abilities she could easily wrap that lasso around him to immobilize him (without getting touched) and cut him to pieces with her indestructible tiara (like she did superman).

Remember debaters: If A can beat B and B and beat C, both all the time, then it is possible for C to beat A (all the time). So stop the ABC logic for it is flawed.
