I'm guessing it's the Phalanx guy. Who I really don't see being a threat to the JLA.

Yeah, the Phalanx one. And how is he not a threat?

To the JLA? Especially with Green Lantern. Not much. Green Lantern just bombards him with anti-matter destroying him instantly. ANYTHING that is matter will instantly be destroyed by anti-matter.

so basically Hal Jordan is god, and can destroy any living thing in an isntant? because virtually everything in the universe is made of up matter.

and i doubt that would work as it can multiply itself an infinite amount of times, or even use the JLA members as a host. plus it better be a lot of anti-matter seeing as though Magus grows to 45 million miles in height.
