Qabiri took out an alternate Authority team, he was evaporating the people and destroying cites in a heartbeat and he was basically going from reality to reality destroying the planet. All effortlessly.

And I understand, what you mean.
Take, Nate's ability to resurrect Maddie or the ability to merge ppl together.

But we do not see that to often with TK users. Especially low level TK users.
But reality warpers, are just that. They warp reality, their influence is determine by how much power they have. If you ask me, that’s way to broken.

To me, that will always remain as Top Tier power, followed by Time Menipulation, and Psy/TK/TP as a close third.

Yeah, it has to be REALLY high level TK to have RW like effects.
