Iron Man Costume Features:
1. Three mechanical spider-arms, or "waldoes," that can be used to see around corners (via cameras in the tips), and can be used as extra limbs in combat situations.2. Short-distance gliding capability
3. Bulletproof
4. Cloaking device
5. Carbon filters to keep out airborne toxins
6. Audio/visual amplification (including infrared and ultraviolet)
7. Built-in fire/police/emergency scanner
8. A short-range GPS microwave communication system.
9. Grants the ability to breathe under water
10. Can morph into different shapes due to its "'smart' liquid metal" form.
11. The ability to transform into styles of costumes Spider-Man has worn over the years or turn into his street clothes.
12. Part of the costume can detach it self from Spider-Man to cover an object too dangerous to touch.
13. Computer controlled assistance
14. Suit responds to Peter Parker's mental control.
If you take two exact Peter Parkers, with both of them not holding back. Give one the Iron Spiderman Suit and give the other his regular costume, then yes, Iron Spiderman could defeat his older-self. It's essentially the same Peter Parker with upgrades and enhancements that would give him the edge over his older self.
Peter ditched the Iron Spiderman suit because he didn't want to have anything that represented the Pro-registration side in Marvel's Civil War.
Iron Spider-mans a pussy, even I can take him out 10/10... but I know his armors over ride code. 😉
The Iron Spider suit doesn't make much of a difference though. If Normal Spider-man hits the suit with out pulling his punch he is going to mess it up. The bullet proof wont make a lick of difference, and the only other useful ability agaisnt someone Spider-man's level is stealth... and he wont bypass his spider-sense so that doesn't matter either.

The tremors isn't due to the Iron Spider costume.

But if you take the exact same person and give on a normal suit and one the iron spidy suit which one would come on top?
