Panther has no real way of getting Osborn out of the sky
And he doesn't move nearly as fast as spider-man, nor does he have the same mobility as spidey/goblin, so he will be a sitting duck for Osborn's bombs, gases, and other goodies.

No he might not be as fast as spidey, but the goblins mobility lies in his glider, if he gets him off his glider this is a different fight, And I believe he will get him off the glider. BP is not going to fight him in to open, he is going to make it his fight, I mean lets not forget, he did take down a prepped out Iron-man in a suit built to take him (panther) down, and tangled with namor on two separate occasions, he has taken shots from hulk (pre vibranium suit) and he has bested Spider-man. His agility is so far Superior to most street levelers its silly, the guy navigates city's like spiderman, runs on walls when he fights, and fights on all fours. His enhanced senses is enough so his eyes not only see in the dark but track bullets, he can also sense when invisible women is becoming visible again and jump inside her shield before she can bring it up.
Many people, (wolverine, cap, spidey, beast, karnak, reed/sue richards, gilgamesh, Thing, Rhino, Hulk, Namor, Iron Fist, All of the avengers and more) have been amazed at panthers speed and agility, In one instance the entire avengers team is tag by lasers and such, and panther is the only one to dodge them all, in another panther dodges and explosion while beast is hit, and panther saves Scarlet witch in the process.
