The evil Circe puts a spell on some of the League members including Zatanna. Zee finds a way to reverse her spell and when they catch up to Circe, she casts a spell of her own that Circe cant counter.

Mind mines were set around the world to go off and take out peoples wills for a entire day. Including heroes. They mentioned how peoples will were gone, but it appears that they were knocked out sleeping or something. Zatanna casts a spell(with possible help from Atlanten spellbooks) to wake up the entire globe. Heroes all over the world as well as the normals.
