No he isn't. Unless this is new.

He's immune to mental take over, that's about it. Moondragon hurt him with a psibolt and she wasn't really trying to go all out.

If Shaman Nate gets serious and wants to fry Quasar's brain, Quasar is dead.

yeah, he can't be controlled mentally, but that doesn't mean psi powers can't harm him. and it would be the tk he would need to be really concerned about any way. not entirely sure q could get through nate's shields either. this would be a great battle. think i'd side with nate for a teensy weensy majority.
