Anyone else who knows what the Authority is?

the engineer. either by way of atomising nano shield or just taking over the other's technology.

I've read Authority, and I can tell you now that her first thought isn't to take over someone else's tech, and I believe her nano shields have been pierced before.

They'll take majority, but they won't take all of them.

My vote on the engineer. Why? Because the other two will be too busy staring at her chest!
