I have debated this for a while, but I think that SS is still stronger than Nova. Granted we have very little to go on, but Nova seemed to be impressed with the 3 heralds (all of whom are inferior to SS) and their dealings with the Wave in space. Although he did well against the wave, and in the end Annihilus, given the way he spoke about the heralds and their power I think he is still shy of them.

Just my opinion, like I said we don't have much to go on for Nova.

I think SS stops him. Nova might be able to pull of a few victories, but still give Genis the majority for now.

Genis can beat him via undoing his existance through time travel.
